Lincoln Scott
Lincoln is a Principal of Strategic Environmental and Ecological Services, Inc. (Strategic),
with over 12 years experience in comprehensive environmental/ecological documentation, planning, and permitting.
He uses this experience to successfully manage complex environmental planning studies, author and review technical
reports, and prepare environmental documentation during the preliminary stages of project development. Lincoln
has successfully managed numerous Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) environmental projects throughout the
state. Additionally, Lincoln has managed several projects where he conducted the research and authored the
Documentation for Section 106 Consultation and Section 4(f) Document for ODOT projects involving impacts to
historic properties. He has direct experience implementing the current U.S. Army Corps of Engineers and Ohio
EPA regulations for Section 404 and Section 401 compliance and Ohio’s isolated wetland rules. Lincoln has
prepared numerous technical ecological surveys and natural resource inventories throughout Ohio requiring GPS
data collection and GIS analysis and mapping. He has conducted and managed all levels and types of Environmental
Site Assessments for various public and private entities.

Robert Smith
Robert is a Wildlife Biologist who has over 11 years of experience conducting a variety of specialized natural
resource evaluations. Over the last six years, Robert has acted as project manager or senior field scientist,
responsible for the management of technical fieldwork and data collection for many complex environmental
projects. He has served as the principal scientist and authored the technical reports for several ecological
investigations, wetland delineations, and Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects throughout Ohio. Robert
has experience preparing Individual Section 401 Water Quality Certifications, Individual Section 404 Permit
Applications, and Section 404 Nationwide Permit Pre-Construction Notifications.

Grant Stuller
Grant is a Biologist and Environmental Scientist who has over three years of experience conducting field data
collection for ecological surveys, wetland delineations, and Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects, as
well as managing GPS data collection efforts. Grant has completed detailed literature reviews and worked with
the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (OEPA), U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) and various Divisions of
the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) to complete file reviews and natural heritage database reviews
for numerous environmental site assessments and ecological projects. He also assists the project management
team with authoring and reviewing technical documents.

Linda Wolstoncroft
Linda is an Administrative Assistant who recently joined the Strategic staff. Linda has over twenty years of
administrative experience in the engineering and construction industries. She utilizes this extensive background
to edit proposals and letters; process accounts payables, receivables and invoices; and provide assistance to
the project management team on special assignments.
