Steve Mullaney, P.S.
Steve is a Principal of Strategic Environmental and Ecological Services, Inc. (Strategic) and an Ohio Professional Surveyor. As a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelors of Science in Land Surveying, he couples his formal education with 16 years of practical experience. Steve is well-versed in the preparation of surveys for private development, municipal, and transportation projects. His land surveying experience consists of managing a variety of surveying projects, such as large engineering topographic surveys, right-of-way plan development for Ohio Department of Transportation, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, and easements. Steve’s knowledge and experience in these areas allows the survey to progress in an efficient manner and results in a deliverable containing the correct survey information best suited to the need of the client. He is pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation as a Right-of-Way Reviewer and is also pre-qualified to perform title searches. Steve is responsible for developing and administering internal quality assurance and control measures resulting in an accurate and timely deliverable. He acts as the primary client contact ensuring strong continuity throughout the project.

Greg Gbur
Greg is a Senior Project Manager with 17 years of experience on many different types of engineering projects. He has worked on numerous geotechnical, land development, structural, and transportation projects, first as a CADD technician and designer, and later as a project manager. Greg’s lists of clients include Ohio Department of Transportation, Ohio Department of Natural Resources, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, various county and city governments, and private engineering firms. He is proficient in the use of Microstation/Geopak and AutoCAD LDD software and has been involved in developing CADD standards for an ENR Top 500 firm in the past. Greg has a strong knowledge of data transformation and is experienced with merging data from several sources such as aerial photography, GPS, and traditional survey data collection.

Don Quincel
Don is a Senior Crew Chief responsible for all survey work requiring field data collection. With 16 years of experience, he has extensive background performing field surveys in varying conditions. The concentration of his experience has been performing boundary and topographic surveys for transportation, municipal, and land development projects. Don is knowledgeable in GPS measurement techniques including ODOT’s VRS Network and has been responsible for numerous large scale GPS networks for county aerial photography projects. He utilizes Trimble’s robotic total station, that allows for remote laser measurements on bridges and roadways, where traditional methods would be unsafe and inefficient. Don maintains current training on survey instrumentation giving him the opportunity to best utilize the technology’s potential.
